• I AM INTERESTED, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Great! We will set up a quick introduction to understand your guest count, location, whether you need flooring, etc. We will then need to plan a quick site visit to the event location and plan ahead!
• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR TENT TO BE SET UP?
It often takes a full day, depending on location and weather conditions. Dismantling the tents usually takes about the same time.
• HOW MANY GUESTS CAN FIT IN THE TENT? HOW BIG IS THE TENT?
This sailcloth tent can accommodate approximately 40-80 seated guests with room for dancing or 125-150 guests for non-seated events like standing cocktails.
• CAN I REMOVE THE TENT LAST MINUTE IF THERE IS NO RAIN?
Unfortunately, it would not be possible to remove the tent last minute as it takes 5 to 6 hours to set up.
• DO WE NEED A WOODEN FLOOR?
The tent can be set up on a level grass ground. Alternatively, you can opt for the wooden floor option, the ultimate luxury and comfort for outdoor weddings (additional charges apply).
• CAN WE SET UP THE TENT ANYWHERE?
The tent needs to be set up on “flat” grass and will require enough space as per the below. But a variety of factors can influence the placement. Our team will plan a site inspection as soon as the deposit is received.
Flat area required: 27 x 15m.
Our 1-meter long strikes will be put into the ground, so please make sure there is no underground service in the designated area for set up.
• Where do you deliver?
We can deliver everywhere on the island. Our fees include delivery to the following areas: Canggu, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Sanur and Ubud. For delivery to other areas, we will apply an additional delivery fee. For any venue with a difficult access, we will apply an additional charge.
• What is the rental period?
We deliver and set up the tent on the day prior to your event and we dismantle the tent on the day after the event.
• DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking. The remainder of the balance is required 1 week before the event date.
• “NO RAIN” CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, we will refund back 20% of the total cost of the tent.
